Returns and Exchanges Policy
Subject to the exceptions listed below, a full refund for purchases made on
shopDisney.com will be provided to the purchaser in the same form of payment that
was used for the purchase within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that refunds to
a card account will only be provided to the original card account used for the purchase if
such account is valid. If the original card account is no longer valid, a refund will be
issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its
original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with
original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the
merchandise has been used or worn.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Walt Disney
World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, World of Disney® locations, Disney Cruise Line®
Ships, Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa, and Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate
Shop in Hollywood, California.
Returns with Gift Receipts
Merchandise returns with a Gift Receipt will receive a Merchandise Credit for the full
purchase price if returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via UPS or insured USPS (to the
address below) using the pre-addressed label attached to the packing slip. Your name
and address must be included on the label (packages will not be accepted without a
return name and address). Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

For merchandise returns and/or exchanges for new merchandise, please follow the instructions below:
Preparing your return:
- Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
- To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip. Keep the return label for use on the outside of the package.
- If your exchange order requires additional payment, please contact Guest Services. Select a contact option at the bottom of this article.
- Money orders, cashiers' checks or personal checks will not be accepted. If received, the order will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- Affix the return shipping label to the package.
- For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)
Special Products and Exceptions
Merchandise purchased between November 1st and December 25th will be accepted for return through January 25th or 30 days from the shipment date, whichever is later. Merchandise purchased after December 25th is subject to the terms stated above. Personalized, Customized, Create Your Own or Special Order merchandise, Limited Edition item, merchandise marked "As Is", "All Sales Final" or "No refunds, exchanges or returns" or similar language, Gift Wrap and Shipping/Handling Fees may not be
returned or exchanged.
MagicBands and MagicBand+ may not be returned or exchanged.
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash or
converted to Merchandise Credits.
A Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Please provide required proof of
purchase to replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged Disney Gift Card. Certain
restrictions apply. Please refer to Disney Gift Cards Frequently Asked Questions for
details.
Price adjustments will be provided in the form of a one-time use promotional code on
merchandise purchased from shopDisney within 7 days from the shipping date. Price
adjustments are not valid on Deal of the Day merchandise. To request a price
adjustment on qualifying purchases, contact Guest Services by selecting a contact
option at the end of this article. Please be sure to include your Order Number and Item
Number in your request.
Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original
purchased item when returned.
Returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased from shopDisney can be made to any
Disney Store or Disney Store outlet locations in the United States within 30 days of the
shipping date, in accordance with the In-Store Return Policy, except the following
items, which must be returned to shopDisney: Artwork, Fine Jewelry, electronics,
indoor and outdoor furniture, bicycles, scooters or ride-on vehicles, special order
merchandise and any item designated as “online return only” or similar language. All
returns or exchanges made at a Disney Store or Disney Store Outlet of shopDisney
purchases must have the original packing slip/receipt with the merchandise to be
returned or exchanged. Merchandise purchased on shopDisney cannot be returned or
exchanged at any Disney Parks and Resorts retail locations.
Merchandise purchased online by PayPal™, or other form of tender will, subject to the
terms stated above, be refunded as a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise purchased
online using multiple forms of tender may only be returned directly to shopDisney, per
the instructions found on the back of the packing slip.
This shopDisney Returns and Exchanges Policy is subject to change, for any or no
reason, from time to time in shopDisney's sole discretion without advance notice to its
Guests.
